Murtagh for over from riding, training, or entering any horee at any meeting under the auspices of the Club, for misconduct in the saddling paddock, and for a wrongful entry in the Maiden Plate, and receiving money to pull Angler in tho Hurdles. AUCKLAND, January 7. Found Dead. A passenger from Tauranga by the steamer Wellington was fonnd dead in the steerage of that vessel this morning. He came up to go to tho Hospital.
