The cargo of frozen meat brought by the steamship Europa, which left Melbourne on October 31st, was examined to-day and found to be in excellent condition, the refrigerating apparatus having worked well during the whole voyage. The Markets, Consols are unchanged at 99j. New Zealand securities remain at the following quotations : —Five per Cent. 10.40 Loan, 104 ; Five per Cent. 1889 Loan, 104; Four and a half per Cent. 18791904 Loan, 101 J. Colonial breadstuff!) have advanced Is per quarter; Adelaide wheat, ex store, is quoted to-day at 575, and New Zealand ditto at 535. Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, has advanced to 42s 6d ; Australian tallow, best beef, 39s 6d; best mutton, 44s 6d. The MailsThe homeward mails via Suez and Brindisi which left Melbourne on Novem - ber 22nd were delivered to-day.
