CHBISTOHUROH. Tuesday, December 27. TBefore A. Lean and R. Westenra, Esqrs., L J.P.'s.] Dbttnkbnnbss. —Alexandor Fleming, for being drunk and using obscene language at Sydenham on December 26th, was fined 10s, or, in default, twenty-four hours' imprisonment. Mary Cunningham, for an offence of the same kind, was convicted and discharged. Two men, for first offenoes, were dismissed after being oautioned. Wii/FUii Dbstbttotion op Pbopbbtt.— Jane Jack, alias Paule, was oharged with damaging windowß, <fco., of the value of ■ £5, the property of M. A, Boyd, and also damaging property to the extent of 7s 63, belonging to George Bennings. She was also oharged with using obscene language in a publio thoroughfare. On the application of the polioe Bhe was remanded till the 28th inst. Bail was allowed, herself in £4O and two sureties in £2O each. Neqlbotbd Chiu>. —F. S. E. Paule, a boy aged six years, the son of the aocused in the above case, was, on the evidence of tho polioe, committed to Burnham School for seven years, to be brought up as a Presbyterian.
