NEW YORK, December 20. Arctic Explorations. Intelligence has been received here regarding the Arctic exploring vessel Jeanette. The news to hand is to the effect that she was crushed by ice in June last, and was abandoned, the officers and crew taking to the boats. One boat load was rescued by the natives on the Siberian coast, and wore forwarded on to Irkutsk, in Siberia. Another boat reached the mouth of the Lena, and its crew were suffering fearfully. The other boat is missing, and it is feared all who were on board have perished. CONSTANTINOPLE, December 20. The Ottoman Debt-
