fIJKUTBII’S TELEQBAMS.I ROME, December 8. Impressive Ceremony. A grand and impressive ceremony was performed to-day at St. Peters, the occasion being the canonisation of four eminent deceased members of the Church of Rome. The rites of canonisation were performed by Pope Leo, and the proceedings were marked with great splendour and brilliancy. His Holiness, whose health has for a long time past been moat unsatisfactory, continues in a very feeble state, and was only able with difficulty to take part in the day’s proceed- . ings-
