[RENTER'S TEIEQRAMB.I ALBANY, December 5 Shipping-
Arrived, this morning, in King George's Sound, P. and O. Oo.'s steamship Carthage. One of the passengers is suffering from scarlatina, and the vessel has accordingly been placod in quarantine, She brings the outward mails via Brindisi, dated London, Nov. 4th.
SYDNEY, December 5. Arrived, this afternoon, Union Co.'s steamship Hero, from New Zealand. A Well-earned. Holiday.
The Premier, Sir Henry Parkes, has taken passage by the Pacific steamship Australia, for England, leaving this city on December 28th. His visit to Europe is on account of ill health, from which he has been sufforing for some time past.
