[reitter’s TELEGRAMS.] LONDON, November 26. The Markets. Consols have risen to 100-J. There are no further changes to report in tho money market or in colonial breadstuffs or tallow. Wool SalesAt tho wool auction to-day‘ 7600 bales wore offered, and a firm and active demand was again experienced. As compared with the rates ruling at the close of last sales, prices for fleece are now fully l|d higher, scoured is about Id, and greasy crossbreds are Old to Id higher. The State of Ireland. The Right Hon. Marquis of Hartlngdon, Secretary of State for India, addressed a crowded meeting at Blackburn, Lancashire, this evening. In tho course of his speech he alluded at length to the present state of affairs in Ireland. Ho regretted that tho situation in that country caused the utmost anxiety, and was calculated to inspire the greatest disappointment and dissatisfaction. Agrarian outrages are alarmingly rife, and the exorcise of the rights of property is fraught with difficulty and danger. His Lordship added that the situation was receiving the earnest attention of tho Government, who would continue to act with unswerving firmness and inexhaustible patience. Ship Dismasted. The barque Pampero, 588 tons, hound from Liverpool to Port Chalmers, experienced a severe gale off the English coast during which she was dismasted. She has been towed into Penzance for repairs.
