Owing to the continued increase of the business brought before the Land Courts, three additional Commissioners have been appointed in Ireland to deal with tho cases under the Land Act. ST. Attempted AssassinationAn attempt on the life of General Ignatieff, Minister of the Interior, was made in this city to-day, by a youth, who fired at the General with a revolver. He was at once arrested, and has since confessed that he was instigated to commit 1 the attempted crime.

CONSTANTINOPLE, November 26. The War Indemnity* Negotiations are now pending between the Russian Ambassador and the Ottoman Financial Commission, with a view to arrive at an amicable arrangement regarding tho payment of the war indemnity due by Turkey to Russia. VIENNA, November 26. Rebellion in Cattaro. Tho decision of tho Government to place Bosnia under tho Austrian system of military service has caused groat discontent among tho Bosnians, especially on tho part of those resident in tho district of Cattaro, on the Montenegrin frontier, and the inhabitants of that district have risen in arms against the Austrian authorities, and severe fighting has already taken place between tho insurgents and the Austrian troops despatched to Cattaro.
