The following particulars respecting her were supplied by Captain Grubb .—The Eecamia is a centre board ketch of 69 tons register. She is hard wood bottom, along with Kanri and- Huon pine topsides. In Hobart she has the reputation of being the finest barge on the river. Messrs Cook intend placing herein the coasting trade and the bar harbors, for -which she is admirably adapted, carrying 125 tons on a draft of 7ft, making her suitable for nearly every New Zealand port. Her dimensions are : 72ft on the keel, 20ft Sin beam, and 6ft Sin depth of bold ; her centre hoard is 12ft by 12ft. She was built in Southport by Mr J.
