WASHINGTON, November 15. The Trial of GuiteauThe trial of Guiteau, for the murder of the late President Garfield has commenced. The prisoner’s behaviour is most eccentric, and it is believed he is feigning insanity. PARIS, November 15. The Ministry. Freycinet and Leon Say, who had accepted office as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Finance respectively, having retired, Gambetta will himself tike the foreign portfolio, and M. Allding Jaige is appointed Minister of Finance. The other portfolios are filled as follows: General Campenon, Minister of War; M. Rousseau, Minister of the Interior; M. Rovier, Minister of Commerce, and M. Bert, Minister of Public Instruction. The latter’s appointment is unpopular. The other Ministers are new to political h'fe.
