An injunction has been granted in the Supreme Court, calling upon Commodore Wilson to show cause why he should not be committed for contempt of Court for ordering the arrest of the deserting bandsman Yates, after he had been previously discharged by Judge Higinbotham on the ground that he could not be treated as a deserter.
