At Flomington to-day, tho third day of the Victoria Racing Club's Spring Meeting was held. The race for the Oaks Stakes, 1-Jr miles, was won by Royal Maid; Tourmaline, 2; Declamation, 3. Birthday and Spinningdale, also started. Royal Maid won rather oasily. Time—2min. 44secs. Shipping. Sailed —Rotomahana, for tho Bluff, this morning. SYDNEY, November 3. Sailed, this afternoon—Zealandia and Hero, for Auckland. Fresh Smallpox. Two fresh cases of small-pox have boon reported to the Board of Health. The Missing Ships. Nothing has yot been heard of the missing steamer Balclutha, or of the barque Oinba, bound from Batavia to Molbourne, the wreckage from which vessel was soon at Cape Three Points last week. Stoamors have now been dispatched from this port [in search of the missing vessels.
