D. Enys, F.G.8., Castle Hill Station —Specimens of a new Cornish mineral, duporthite; artificial tin crystals; copy of Revision of the Hoterocerous Lepidoptora, of the family oE Sphingidae, by A. G. Butler; specimens of Heracidea bruunea, sparrow hank.

Mr L. Loners, votorinary surgeon, Temuka Specimen of Raja nasuta, skate. Mr R. Lion, Christchurch—Ono bronzs medal commemorative of the taking of Oarthacena by Admiral Vernon, 1741. Master A. Percy Buller, Wellington—Ono specimen of retinite enclosed in coal, from the Kawakawa coal mine, Bay of Islands. Mr G. M. Thomson, F.LS., Dunedin— Forty-six species of New Zealand Crustacea, eaoh represented by several specimens. Mr Eugene 0. Buckley, Dansandel—One specimen of Naultinus elegans. Mr R. D. Todhunter, Ohnstohuroh— One old wedjrewood plate, Chinese pattern. Mr O. 8. Wilkinson, F.G.S., Government Geologist of Sydney Speoimen of filamentous gold, from a oaloite vein, Gympie, Mr" Seymour R. Reijchek, Auckland—One speoimen of Procellaria Oookii; one specimen of Puffisus gavius, from the Chicken Island. Miss Lina Browne, Hawthornden— One chicken (lubus natural). Mr B. W. Mountfort, Ohristchuroh— Tracings of rock paintings near the Weka Pass.
Mr C. O. Somers, Christchurch—One copy of Adama' S;nchronological Chart, a pictorial panorama of the world's history. Mrs Hines One specimen of Geotria ohilensis, lamprey, caught at Sumnor. Colonial Museum, Wellington—Oasts of four stone idols from the Marquesas Islands ; oast of a atone idol originally in the possession of the Taranaki Natives, now belonging to Sir G. Grey ; caet of bronze bell found in New Zealand, now in the possession of W. Oolenso, Esq., F.L.8., Napier; cast of large Hoitiki from Kapiti Island, originally in Colonial Muieum.
Mr 0. Withell, Brookside —One lamb (lusus Datura:). Mr Neil McLean, South Rikaia—Three specimens of Oharadius obsouruß j goldenbreaoted plover, shot at Lako Sumner. Bev. G. Te Mutu, Kaiapoi—Speoimen of a fish knife, parihi, found near the mouth of the Ashley. Mr F. W. Pennefather, Government House, Adelaide—Two Italian Bank notes; one silver florin (Victoria), 1849. Mr G. D. Greenwood, Teviotdale—Bones of a lamb, with crystals, anatomical specimens.
Mr S. 0. Farr, Christchurch—One specimen of Graculus carbo, Cormorant; one specimen of Salmo fario (brown trout) taken from crop of the above, 14.iin. long, 7Jin. girth at shoulders, lilb. weight. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Christchurch— Collection of rabbit skins.
Mr Jamea Barnard, Launoeston—Series of specimens of tin ore, from the Mount Biechoff mine, Tasmania, and of the smelting worka of the name company at Launceston. Mr A. M. Johnaon, Opawa—One specimen of Coregonus albus (American white fish), hatched and reared by him.
