The Government has decided to consider Mr Ramsay's motion, which comes on in the Assembly on Tuesday, condemning the constitution of the Education Commission as a vote of want of confidence. SYDNEY, October 22. Libel Action. The statement published yesterday by the " Daily Telegraph " that a libel action was pending between Mr Cook, manager of the Town and Country Bank, and Mr Larnach, of New Zealand, is confirmed. It is stated, however, that the action is one of a purely personal character.
