[BEUTEB'S TELEGBAMS.I MELBOURNE, October 3. Revenue Returns* The Victorian revenue returns published to-day show the receipts for the past quarter to have amounted to £1,289,000, being an increase of £197,000 compared with the September quarter of 1880. The revenue for the year 1880-81 amounted to £5,304,000, being an increase of £791,000 compared with 1879-80. The customs revenue increased during the same period by £66,338; land revenue by £15,201; railway receipts by £25,565, and excise duties by £47,354.
