Notice. —On and after Ist September the mail service between Christchnrch and Papannr will be twice daily, carried by tram cars. Mails ■will close at Christchnrch at 8 a.m. and 3.30 p.m., and close at Papanni at 11.45 a.m. and 7 p.m. Notice.—The next mail for the United Kingdom, via San Francisco, will close en Saturday, September 10th, and will be due in London on October 25th.
