Total, £794 2a Id. At the usual sitting of tho Waste Lands Board, held at Christchurch on Tuesday, August 29cb, sales were made as follows : Ordinary : Ashley, 15a Ir 13p; Selwyn, 16i0r 35p ; Akaroa, 172 a lr 18p ; A3hburton, 12a lr ; Geraldiue, 3a Or 7p; Waimate, 120 a. Deferred payments: "Village settlement, la. Total acreage Bold, 340 aOr 33p. Total cish received, £686 8s 3d. Befunda on account of former purchases wire made in the amount of £227 18a.
