[REUTER’S telegrams.] NEW YORK, August 22, The Irish Rebels.
The Irish Revolutionary Covnontion, which has recently been meeting at Chicago, and decided upon an extended “ dynamite” programme, has issued a notification warning the people to avoid patronising ships sailing under the British flag after the end of the present month 1 From that time the schemes of tho revolutionists will, it is stated, commence to be carried into effect.
PARIS, August 22, The Rebellion in Tunis.
Intelligence is to hand from Tunis to tho effect that the Bey’s troops are now co-operating with the French army with a view to suppress the rebellions feeling which is still manifest among the Arab tribes in the interior.
