Rowell’s luck has (says the “ Turf, Field and Farm ”) not deserted him. He is again a winner, and his latest victory gives him permanent possession cf the Astley Belt. The recent contest at Olapham road, London, for the accepted emblem of the championship was expected to be a great one, but the collapse of Weston who, almost from the start, suffered violent internal disorders, left it a virtual walk over for Rowell.
