[reuter’s telegrams.] MELBOURNE. July 26. The Ministerial Elections. The elections for West Bourke and Ararat took place to-day, and resulted in tho return of Sir Bryan O’Loghlen for tho former by a small majority. Mr David Gaunson, the new Minister of Lands, was, however, defeated for Ararat by a largo majority. The returns from Moi»a and Delatite are not yet complete, but tie re-election of Mr Bolton (Post-master-General) and Mr J. H. Graves (Minister of Customs), for those constituencies, is considered certain.
