NEW YORK, July 10. The Wheat Crops. Advices to hand from tho Northern and Western States report that the greater part of tho mnter wheat crop is now harvested. On account of the unfavorable weather experienced daring the spring, tho yield this year shows a decrease of 25 per cent. PARIS, July 10. Favorable accounts are to hand from the wheat growing districts, and the yield is expected to bo up to the average.
