[REUTER'S TELEGRAMS.] CALCUTTA, July 10. En Route to Candahar. The intelligence received on the 4th inst., that Ayoub Khan had left Herat with a considerable body of raised troops for Candahar, is now fully confirmed. Ayoub Khan is in command of the force, ■which is pushing forward with all speed.
