In the house letting department, during the same period, we have let the following, viz._: — Worcester street, house, £7O year; Avonside, cottage, £26 year; house, Colombo street, formerly the residence of Dr. Marks, £95 year ; cottage, Sydenham, 10s week ; shop, Colombo road, 16s week ; cottage, Sydenham, 6s week ; house, Hereford street, 16s weak ; do, do, £32 10s year; do, Durham street, 16s week ; do, Sydenham, 12s week ; cottage, Phillipstown, 12s week ; house, Hereford street, 21s week ; two houses (as one), St. Asaph street. £95 year. We have also sold a lease in Lichfield street.
