Okdbbs. —Henry Stanton was ordered to pay 10s per week towards the support of his illegitimate child, with costs. Joshua Oorkin, in arrears £1 5s of payments for bin son at Burnham, was ordered to bo levied upon in distress, in default of goods to bo sent to prison for one month. Similar cases against James Smith and James John Dowoy were adjourned for furteen days. In M. Seaton against Oookson, touching a judgment given at a former sitting, the latter was ordered to give up certain horses detained by him. Tbansfeb oe License. A temporary transfer of the license of the Zetland Arms was granted from Seabright to Toovoy. Re R. B. Habdie. —In the case of the boy Hardie, who a fortnight ago was convicted fcr stealing zinc valued at 3i from Sheerer, and adjourned for the consideration of the Court, his Worship mentioned that an application would bo made to his Honor Mr Justice Johnston to allow the boy to bo licensed out until ho comes of ago. The proceedings taken being under see. 39 of the Neglected Criminal Children’s Act, 1867. The boy would bo remanded until the result should bo ascertained.
