[eeuteh's telegrams.] MELBOURNE, July 5. Revenue Returns. The Victorian returns of rovonuo and expenditure issued to-day, show the revenue for the quarter ended 30th Juno to have amounted to £1,336,000, boing an increase of £231,000 as compared with the corresponding quarter of last year. The revenue for the year ended June 30th was £5,107,000, being an increase of £.553,000 over the year 1879-80. The Customs receipts have increased in the same poriod by £103,000, the railway recoipts by £127,000, and the Exciso by £215,000. The land revenue, however, shows a decrease of

£II,OOO. The expenditure for the year amounts to £5,493,000, being an increase of £260,000 on the year ended June 30th, 1880.' Grand ConcertA grand concert was given at tho Exhibition building last evening by the German Liedertaefel Society. The Royal Princes and Governor were present, and the attendance of the public is estimated at 6000. The affair was a most brilliant BUCC6S3. ___
