At the usual sitting of the Waste Lands Board, held at Christchurch on Thursday, June 30th, sales were mode as follows Ordinary: Ashley, 32a. 2r. 34p. ; Selwyn, 15a. Or. 38p. ; Akaroa. 304 a. ; Ashburton, 96a. 2r. 6p.; Geraldine, 10a. Deferred payments, village settlements : Orari (No. 2), 14a. 3r Op. Total acreage, 463 a. Or. 38p. Total cash received, £1064 9s 6d. Refunds on account of former purchases were made in the amount of .£397 9s t’d. COMMERCIAL TELEGRAMS. ■Wellington, July 1. Mr Jas.
