AUSTRALIA. [betjteb's telegrams.] MELBOURNE, June 27. The Royal Princes. Tho Royal Princes were not accorded a public recoption to-day, as was intended. They dined with his Excellency the Governor this evening at Government House. It is understood that the repairs to H.M.S. Bacchante will take three weeks to complete. SugarMauritius advices to the 17th instant report that the prosent season's crop is expected to be an average one. Late engagements for the colonies are slight. SYDNEY, Juno 27. Smallpox. Two fresh cases of small-pox were reported to the authorities to-day from Surrey Hills. Tho sufferers are another child of the carpenter, Edward Prout, who died of the disease on the 17th inst., and the mother. Tho house and all the inmates are still kept in strict quarantine, in order to prevent any possibility of the disease spreading. Undesirable ImmigrantsThe steamship Ocoan, with 4-80 Chinese on board, did not proceed to Melbourne, but has entered Port Jackson. She was at once quarantined, and it is expected that she will not be released for forty-two days.
