Mantor, ngont. Jessie Nicol, brigantino, 93 tons, Bropby, from Dunedin. Mastor, agent. Sailed—June 23. Ocean Bird, kotoh, 33 tons, Williams, for Nelson. Maßter, agent. Sailed—June 24. Croydon Lass, schooner, 51 tons, Curran, for Nelson. P. Cunningham and Co., agents. The schooner Clyde, bound from the Thames to Kaiapoi, put into this port yesterday to await a change of weather. Lieut. Edwin yesterday afternoon wired to the Harbormaster that a S.E. gale was approaching, with heavy sea. The St. Leonards left London with forty passengers on April 27th, and Deal same day. The Waipa left with twenty-four passengers on tho 30th of April. Tho Lutterworth and tho Boutenbeck wero loading at London, and the Coolon and Cheviot at Glasgow. The ship Benvonue will bo ready for sea by Saturday next for London direct. This ship made a remarkably faßt pasaago of seventy-one days from Home to Port Chalmers, and has the reputation of being one of tho fastest of colonial traders. The barque Craig Ard arrived yesterday from Newcastle, coal laden. Bhe left thero on the Bth inßtant, and has a full cargo for Mr C. W. Turner. The Craig Ard will load for tho United Kingdom, on account of Messrs P. Cunningham and Co. and Royße, Stead and Co. The Palace goes to the Gladstone Pier to-day to disoharge her cargo of piles. Tho Craig Ard will be berthed at No. 3 Jetty. The Cabana commences to load to-day for the United Kingdom. The Ocean Ranger has commenced to load with grain for a foreign port. The Duke of Athol, expected from Newcastle, brings a cargo of cool for Mr C. W. Turner, and will load here as advertised for the United Kingdom on account of Messrs Royse, Stead and Co. and P. Cunningham and Co.
