The Reform Bill-

In the Legislative Assembly to-day the debate on Sir Bryan O’Loghlin’s motion that tho Reform Bill should be again referred to a committee of the two Houses was resumed. In the course of the afternoon and evening several speakers addressed the House in favour of the motion. The debate continues, 10.30 p.m. SYDNEY, June 15. Zymotic. A carpenter who has lately been working at a house in Lower George street, opposite the residence of On Chong, a Chinese merchant, whose child has been suffering from small-pox, has caught the disease. Ho resides with fourteen other persons in a house at Surrey Hill. The House has been quarantined by the police and the neighbors are leaving the locality. Another European has been attacked with small-pox. The sufferer resides in Cumberland street, some little distance from the scene of the first outbreak at the residence of On Chong in George street. The alarm throughout the neighborhood and city generally is increasing.
