[bbtjtke's telegrams.] MELBOURNE, June 15. The Reform Bill.

A long and animated debate took place in the Legislative Assembly last night in regard to the Reform Bill. Messrs Fineham, Doakin and Graves strenuously opposed its abandonment, and the Opposition unanimously supported Sir Bryan O'Loghlan's motion that anether Conference of the two Houses should be held. Finally, a motion for the adjournment of the debate was carried, although opposed by the Government. English Mails.

The steamship Albion, which sailed yesterday for the Bluff, took the English mails, dated London, May 6th, which arrived per R.M.S. Cathay.
