[eeuter’s telegrams.] MELBOURNE, June 8, The Reform Bill. In the Legislative Council to-day the Reform Bill, as amended in the Assembly, came np for consideration, but the discussion was postponed until tomorrow. The Jockey Club Secretary. The secretaryship of the Victorian Racing Club, rendered vacant by the death of the late Mr Bagot, has been offered to Mr Byron H. Moore, the lessee of the Melbourne Exchange. It is thought that he will accept the post. Shipping. Sailed —Rotorua, for the Bluff.
