[reuter's telegrams.] LONDON. May 15. Pshaw! Pasha Bey. Tho Boy of Tunis has mado a communication to tho Powers, in which ho protests that his consent to tho treaty which has been concluded with Franco was extorted from him by tho French commander. ROME, May 15. New Ministry. The resignation of the Liberal members of tho Italian Ministry have been accepted by King Humbert, and Signor Sella has boon charged with tho formation of a new administration. CONSTANTINOPLE, May 15. Said Pasha has Said. The Porto has addressed tho French Government on tho subject of tho Treaty which has been entered into with tho Bey of Tunis. Tho communication denies that tho Bey was competent to conclude such a treaty without tho consent of the Sultan.
