[rehteb’s telegrams.] MELBOURNE, May 2, India, alias Ferret.
Tho captain of the steamer India was brought np to-day on a charge of sailing under a false register, bnt the ease was remanded. The police have evidence of the complicity of the majority of the crew of the India in her proceedings. A telegram code has been discovered criminating the accomplices in England of the owner and captain.
