The Military in Sackyille StreetTho City of Dublin has been proclaimed a proscribed district by tho Viceroy of Ireland, under the powers vested in him by tho Coercion Act. It is understood that several important arrests of leading agitators will at onco bo made in Dublin. Irish land Bill. Mr Gladstone has stated that the demands of tho Catholic Hierarchy in Ireland for material alterations in tho Irish Land Bill cannot bo acceded to by the Government. The amendments askod for are considered inadmissible. PARIS, May 2. Tunisian. Telegrams have been received reporting that fighting of a desultory character continues between tho French troops and Tunisians without material advantage to either side. Tho former are continuing their advance on tho City of Tunis with all possible speed.
