[eEUTEE’S TELEQEAMS.] SYDNEY, April 26, Building Swindle.
The investigations of tho city building surveyor into the construction of the Sydney Town Hall, have resulted in fresh disclosures. He has now discovered that the plastering is of a very inferior quality, and not in accordance with the specifications. The City Council have the matter under consideration, and contemplate instituting legal proceedings against the contractors.
