[reuter’s telegrams.] LONDON, April 25 In Memoriam.

Both Houses of Parliament reassembled to-day after tho Easter recess. In tho House of Commons tho Right Hon. W. E. Gladstone made a speech in which ho referred in terms of deop regret to tho death of the late Earlßeaconsfield, and gave notice of motion, to coino on in a fortnight’s time, in favor of funds being voted for tho erection of a monument to tho late Earl in Westminster Abbey. In tho House of Lords several Peers took occasion to refer to tho death of Earl Beaconsfield, all expressing great regret at tho sad ovont. Ireland.

In tho House of Commons this evening tho Irish Land Bill came up for discussion on tho second reading. In tho course of tho debate tho Right Hon. Edward Gibson, Q. 0., who was Attorney-General for Ireland under tho last administration, made a speech, in which ho denounced in strong terms the provisions of the measure before tho House, Both Houses of Parliament adjourned this evening until 9 p.m. to-morrow (Tuesday), as a tribute of respect to the memory of tho late Earl Beaconsfield.

CONSTANTINOPLE, April 25 Albania.

Tho Porto haa received information from Derviseh Pasha, stating that since the defeat which he inflicted on the insurgent Albanians at Uskiop last week he has pushed on with his force, and has now entered the Albanian town of Priereud. Derviseh Pasha, moreover, announces that, owing to the defeat of the insurgents tho Albanian League has completely collapsed.
