The properties offered comprised .-—House nud three acres at St. Martin’s, Opawa, sold for ,£730 ; farm of 56 acres at Upper niocarton. passed in •t the owner’s reserve ; a farm at Dnnaandel, containing 120 acres, sold at £lO per acre ; and the we;l-known property of Mr W. Seabright, at Epsom, adjoining the Racecourse. Biddings ▼ery near the owners’ reserves were received for the properties passed in, and sales are anticipated during the coming week.
