The Bey of Tunis has formally protested against the French violation of his territory, and has appealed to the Powers for protection. Parnell on Land. Mr Parnell has written a letter on the Irish Land Bill, which has been introduced in the House of Commons. Ho says that the measure is seriously defective, and the good derivable from it depends entirely upon the firmness of the people in their adherence to the Land League. He denounces the clauses of the Bill providing for the making of grants of land to facilitate emigration. Never say Die. A bulletin issued this morning reports that Earl Beaconsfield has had a severe attack of spasmodic breathing, but has since been greatly relieved by the same. ST. PETERSBURG, April 11. The Russian Tragedy. Kijusakoff, the assassin of the late Czar, and his accomplices have been sentenced to death.
