[eeuter’s TELEGRAMS.] SYDNEY, April 7. Parliament Prorogued. Parliament has been prorogued by proclamation, and without formal ceremony. A Failure in Immigration. News has been received from Noumea, New Caledonia, that the Marquis of Ray’s immigrants, who arrived there by the steamer India from Newcastle, and in a destitute condition, have shipped for Sydney, and that they are expected to arrive hero in a few days.
