fREUTER’S TELEGRAMS.] LONDON, April 4. Earl Beaconsfield. The latest bulletin issued with regard to Earl Beaconsfield’s health states that his lordship is no worse since tho last report. An Irish IncidentA severe disturbance occurred to-day at Clogher, County Tyrone, Ireland. Some sympathisers of a tenant violently resisted the service of a writ for his ejectment, when a riot occurred between tho people and tho police. Tho latter fired upon tho rioters, and killed two and wounded several others. ATHENS, April 4. The Greek Question. The Greek Government has issued a circular to tho Powers regarding the offer made by the Porte for tho settlement of the frontier question. The circular repeats, and seeks to justify, the refusal of the Hellenic Government to accept the offer of Turkey to cede the territory in Thessaly alone, and strongly urges tho claims of Greece to the town of Prevesa, in Epirus, in addition.
