WELLINGTON, April 2. Although the full returns are not yet in of the receipts of tho customs revenue for tho financial year, these are so far complete that a close approximation can be arrived at, and it is not thought that tho returns still wanting, which aro for small insignificant ports, can materially altor the total. The presont calculation of the customs revonuo for the year onded March 31st is £1,310,000. As the Treasurer's estimate was £1,250,000, this is £60,000 to tho good, and must be deemed a very favorable result. Tho approximate total of the postp.l and telegraphic rovenue is about £227,000, or nearly £2OOO above the estimate. Stamps also are believed to be slightly above tho estimate, and land sales considerably in excesa. But on tbs other hand railways will probably be quite £120,000 short so far as the gross receipts are concerned, although the reduced expenditure will bring up the net reaultß much closer to the estimate. The p oprrty tax, as already telegraphed, is nearly I £30,000 short of the original estimates, so that setting one item against another, the finances aro likely to oome out pretty straigh t
