A London telegram states that the Pacific mail steamer City of New York, which left Auckland on the Ist of March, has not yet reached San Francisco, and is a week overdue. A steamer has left San Francisco to search for the City of Now York. SYDNEY, April 1. The MarketsHennessy’s brandy, case, 37s 6d; kerosene, Diamond, per gallon, Is 9d; maize, per 601bs, 3s; candles, D.R.0., per lb, Bd. ADELAIDE, April 1. Wheat is quoted at, 4s 5d to 4s 6d, with no business doing. Town flour, £lO 5s to £lO 10s; country flour, £9 7s fid. Freights to London, steamer, 455; ditto, sailing, 42s fid. Freights to the United Kingdom, from Adelaide, 42s fid to 455; ditto, from outports, 45s to 47s fid.
