SITTINGS IN CHAMBEE3. Friday, April Ist. [Before Hia Honor Mr Justice Johnston.] Hia Honor sat in tho Court Chambers at 11 a.m. DISCHARGES. Orders of discharge were made in tho following cases :—Be P. D. Covich, Bobt. Wakely, and John McGregor (Mr Douglas.) SOMERVILLE V. TANCRED AND OTHERS. Mr Izard applied for an order approving of the deed herein. Mr Harper, for defendant, consented. His Honor made tho order by consent, as prayed. ORDER FOR COSTSOrders wero made for coots in re J. Hicks (Mr Izard), and James Ostler (Mr Dongles.) RE JAMES DANN, DECEASED. Mr J. B. Greason applied herein for probate to the widow. His Honor made tho or.icr. as prayed. CHARLBBWORTII V HART. Mr Slater, on the part of tho receiver applied herein for an order declaring accounts duly rendered and closed. His Honor said, in tho absence of the parties interested, ho could not make the order. The case stood over.
