[reuter’s telegrams.] LONDON, February 28. Irish Obstruction. The House of Commons now has estimates of expenditure under consideration, and the Irish members are blocking the passage of different votes. The Government has consequently demanded that the consideration of of supply should be declared “ Urgent,” and that the same should be done in the case of the Bill to restrict the sale and possession of arms in Ireland now before the House. Wool Sale. At the wool sale to-day 9800 hales were catalogued. Prices realised were in favor of buyers. Brindisi MailThe Homeward Australian mails were delivered here to-day, via Brindisi.
