Assault and Bbbaking Windows.— Eliza) Olliver, brought up on warrant, pleaded guilty to having assaulted Sarah Ann Stevens at her house, near Manchester street, on the 16th inst, at the same time smashing the windows with a tomahawk. She was stated to have been a frequent offender. Bho was ordered to pay for the damage done, the expenses of one witness, and to find one surety in £2O to keep the peace for six months, or in default one month’s imprisonment with hard labor.
