NORMAL SCHOOL.

To the Editor of the Globe.

Sib, —Can any of your numerous readers inform me how long a rule has been in operation at the above school to close the doors at 95, and exclude all children not in school at that hour? This morning I was surprised at the return of one of my children, and still more so when he informed me that he was on the steps, when one of the teachers told him to “ Clear out; you are just a second too late.” Surely, if such a rule exists, it would have been bettor had it been notified in one of the papers. Yours, &c., A P.VBJSKT.
