ParliamentaryThe Government has decided to make a “ call ” of the House for the Ist of March, when the division on the second reading of the Reform Bill will be taken. Wool SalesMessrs Goldsborough and Co.’s review of the past wool season shows that 165.000 bales have been catalogued, and 122.000 bales were sold in Yictoiiaduring the season. The total shipments amounted to 285,000 bales, being an increase of 25,000 bales on last year. SYDNEY, February 14. Shipping. Arrived —Zealandia and Arawata, from Auckland. BRISBANE, February 14. A New LineTenders have been opened for the construction of a railway between Emerald and Capilla, in the north of this colony. The lowest is at the rate of £IO9O per mile.
