Total, £593 10a Bd. LAND SALES. Mnssaa H. Matson and Co. held their nasnal weekly aale of properties on Saturday last. The attendanoe-was very fair, bat the biddings ' laoltod a spirit of competition. The first proparty offered was several building allotments in Helwyn street aonth. Lot 25, oontoining 20 porches, sold for £29105. and Lot 26,containing "20 perches, sold for £2B 10b. The balance of -the sections were passed in. Tho next were ' two half-acres land, together with two dwelling -houses thereon, Bitoate-at St. Albans, and halfmere land, with cottage thereon, situate at -Burnham. .The lot realised £370. Total sale, -jews.
