Wednesday, Decesebbb 1. [Before J. Ollivier and G. L. Lee, Bsqs., J.P.’s.] Drunkenness.—Theresa Maria Smith, who appeared in a filthy state, was fined 5o and cab hire. James Walls, for being drunk while in charge of a horse, and not appearing on the 30th to answer his bail, was fined 10s,
Fowl Stealing. —Mark Kearvall' and Joseph Hannan, charged with stealing three fowls, the property of John Crewe, were, on the application of the police, remanded till the 3rd inst.; bail being allowed, themselves in £2O, and two sureties each in £lO. Wise Beating.— Richard Monkhouso Bogers Tillstone, having executed with his wife, Sarah Tillstone, a deed of separation, a case of this nature against him was withdrawn, as was also an application for him to be bound over to keep the peace towards the same person.
