A meeting has been called for the pnrpose of endeavoring to provide funds for Laycock for a match against Hanlan for the championship of the world. Embezzlement by a Bank Manager. Mr Lnndargieum, manager of the Branch City Bank, has been arrested for embezzlement of gold valued at £9OO.
